Training Available Scheduled training is dependant on a minimum class size of ten to fifteen trainees, depending on the course. Trainees can come from a combination of private companies or Agencies. We will travel to your location if class size warrants. It is the contractor or Agency, submitting the potential trainees name, responsibility to assure all prerequisites are met. Fireworld, Inc. will issue NWCG training certificates to all trainees successfully completing a given course. All fees will be paid at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made in advance. No shows will forfeit ½ of the course fee. Courses will not be conducted unless minimum class size is met. All training, during fire season, is per request and conditioned on availability of the lead instructor.
Training Schedule 2006 Dependent on minimum number of trainees
Coarse Tentative Date Refresher Due to the requirements of the best value contract, we will be holding at least ten Refresher courses before April 8, 2006. This is the eight hour version and includes the pack test and a Redcard. Please contact me for dates and times. We will go out of our way to accommodate those bidding on best value. We will hold other sessions, after April 8th, for those exempt from best value. S-130 Basic 5/17-21/06 L-280 Leadership 4/22-23/06 Foam & Gel Primer 5/07/06 Foam & Gel Primer 6/18/06 S-234 Firing Ops 6/1-4/06 S-211 Water/Pumps 6/24-25/06 Other sessions are added per request, provided minimum trainee numbers are met, generally no less than twelve and no more than twenty.
